snack for today

Standard

3 whole roasted peppers (red, orange, yellow)

1 can, drained, white beans

1/4 cup tahini

1 can chick peas

1 head roast garlic (I did this myself in the oven, it’s really not difficult)

 

blend all until smooth

did whatever cut up veggie you choose into it

make a wrap with a big leaf of lettuce and all kinds of goods in there, shredded carrots, spinach, shredded kohlrabi (tastes like broccoli, there is no reason to fear it – i swear)

break out of your comfort zone! try something new and simple, you won’t regret it

i’m off to the pool for the day with the kids, 60 days until the big day!
