goals this week


stick to cleanse *completely*

will lose 2 lbs or more

will increase water to 3.25L

will remember to take daily vitamins

will drink tea Dr.W recommended to help with water retention

meet with PT 3 mornings, extra cardio 3 times beyond that

push harder, go further

    • I posted it yesterday, there are some added parts re: supplements from naturopath but I don’t feel comfortable posting them without a warning that you should talk to your doctor about it first. I’m taking vitamins A, C, E, selenium, cal/mag, omega 3 and milk thistle to help flush my liver.
