weight loss success this week

  • tummy shaper too *BIG* (yay!)
  • new clothes are from a standard sized clothing store and not a plus sized store!
  • healthy options for 90% of week
  • biked a total of 20k this week
  • hit gym 4 mornings
  • tracked food well
  • took current measurements

failures

  • take out pizza on Monday at folks place, forgot to pack healthy alternatives and we were there for swim
  • knit night, should have picked salad side over potato
  • not enough whole grains, still too many refined grain
  • didn’t make morning gym goal, slept in one morning, yesterday had to get ready for court so I didn’t have time to go
